The role is a full‑time contract with the Housekeeping team. You will be responsible for floor management, administrative tasks and team leadership, striving to create memorable and personal experiences for our guests.

What You Will Bring
- Passion for high standards and the independent spirit of One Aldwych
- Experience in or a desire to deliver high‑quality housekeeping service
- Comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues
- Previous experience from a 4‑star or 5‑star hotel is preferred, but not essential
Your Responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks to the housekeeping team, create reports and prepare daily spreadsheets
- Full responsibility for floor management and inspection of rooms
- Manage the team assigned to you
- Assist with inventories and stock takes
- Support the Executive Housekeeper with other reasonable Housekeeping tasks and projects
- Ensure the smooth running of the daily Housekeeping operation
