What you will do
As a Room Attendant, you will take pride in working as part of a dedicated team to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas
- Thoroughly clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly
- Ensure all guest requests are handled efficiently and with a professional, courteous attitude
- What you will bring
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a 5-star luxury hotel, with a strong understanding of luxury housekeeping standards and guest expectations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to ensure guest bedrooms and bathrooms are presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to service assigned rooms efficiently while consistently maintaining high standards.
