Your responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests, ensuring a smooth welcoming experience, check in, rooming and check out.
- Deliver exceptional service to our guests at all times in line with LQA, Forbes and our One Aldwych standards.
- Recognise and anticipate the needs of our guests, and communicate, take action, and follow up where needed to create memorable guest experiences.
- Assist and communicate with all departments ensuring a smooth stay for guests.
