What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience in a similar pastry role within a luxury hospitality environment is advantageous.
  • A passion for delivering high quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests effectively.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Catering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Level 2 Food Safety and Catering qualification or equivalent.
