What you will do

  • Ensure all pastry and dessert items are prepared according to approved recipes, production methods, and presentation standards.
  • Prepare the correct quantity of pastry mise en place and maintain proper portion control to support efficient kitchen service.
  • Ensure all pastry ingredients and prepared products are correctly labelled, dated, stored, and rotated in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain all pastry preparation and work areas in a clean, organized, and hygienic condition, following health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
