What you will do
- To ensure all menu items are properly prepared using correct recipes, methods of preparation and presentation.
- To support the creation of memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional pastry products
- All purchased and prepared foods are labelled, dated and food stocks rotated, kept in legal, hygienic conditions.
- To ensure junior chefs are correctly prepared and ready for Service.
- To ensure that all food preparation areas are maintained in a clean and good state

As part of our Pastry Kitchen team, you will strive to create memorable and personal experiences for our guests
- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury environment is an advantage
- Prioritise tasks effectively whilst maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize different tasks and requests coupled with proven organization skills
- Have an NVQ Level 1 & 2 catering qualification or equivalent is beneficial
- Have a Level 2 Food Safety and Catering qualification or equivalent
