What you will do
- To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and stewarding areas.
- To ensure all crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and kitchen equipment are cleaned and stored correctly.
- To maintain all Food & BeverageBack of house areas in a clean, organised and hygienic condition.
- To ensure the safe and timely removal of waste, maintaining clean, hygienic and well organised refuse areas.

As part of our Stewarding team, you willsupport the kitchen by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Previous experience in a similar stewarding role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering high standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and requests while maintaining excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Basic Food Safety or Hygiene qualification is beneficial.
