Your responsibilities:

  • Welcome our guests and members in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Possess excellent knowledge of our treatments and products and effectively communicate this to our guests.
  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously in accordance with our standards.
  • Monitor and trace all treatment confirmations by email or phone and keep record of those in an organised manner.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the health club at all times.
  • Provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
