Support the Head Concierge in the day-to-day operation of the Concierge department. Deliver exceptional, personalised service while anticipating and exceeding guest expectations. Coordinate VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest itineraries, ensuring seamless service. Supervise and support the Concierge team, maintaining the highest luxury service standards. Build strong relationships with local partners and suppliers to provide expert recommendations and exclusive guest experiences. Previous Concierge experience in a luxury 5-star hotel. Exceptional customer service and guest engagement skills. Strong knowledge of London, including restaurants, attractions, theatres, and VIP experiences. Excellent written and spoken English.
