What you will do
- Support the smooth delivery of service by preparing tables, polishing glassware and cutlery, and maintaining high standards of presentation throughout service
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea to established standards, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation
- Assist with food running, delivering dishes promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the restaurant
- Support the waiting team with clearing, resetting and replenishing tables throughout service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation across the restaurant and service areas
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a similar Waiter/Waitress role within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant environment.
- Awareness of dietary requirements and food allergies, with knowledge of appropriate handling procedures.
- A friendly and proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate the needs of guests and the team.
- Good understanding of hygiene and food safety, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
