What you will do

  • Deliver a warm, refined, and professional welcome, creating an exceptional first impression for every guest.
  • Manage reservations, table allocations, and seating plans to ensure a seamless and efficient arrival experience.
  • Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a seamless handover to their assigned waiter.
  • Respond to all telephone enquiries promptly, courteously, and in accordance with brand standards.
  • Maintain the accuracy and presentation of menus, wine lists, and all guest-facing literature.
  • Ensure the reception and entrance areas are impeccably presented and consistently reflect the restaurant's luxury standards.
  • What you will bring
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • A warm and welcoming approach with the ability to create a positive first impression for every guest
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for food, beverage, and guest service
  • Ability to remain calm, organised, and professional during busy service periods
  • Experience with restaurant reservation or booking systems is highly desirable
