What you will do

  • Welcoming guests, ensuring a smooth welcoming experience, check in, rooming and check out
  • Deliver exceptional service to our guests at all times in line with LQA and our One Aldwych standards
  • Recognise and anticipate the needs of our guests, and communicate, take action, and follow up where needed to create memorable guest experiences
  • Assist and communicate with all departments ensuring a smooth stay for guests
  • What you will bring

  • You have a genuine passion for hospitality, with high standards and strong attention to detail.
  • You are highly organised and attentive, able to anticipate guest needs, accurately record details, and clearly communicate information to guests and colleagues.
  • You are engaging, professional, and leave a positive, lasting impression on both guests and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury environment and familiarity with Opera Cloud would be an advantage
