What you will bring:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest service
- Previous experience with Afternoon Tea service is an advantage
- A passion to succeed in a fast paced quality environment
- Ability to prioritize different tasks and requests coupled with proven organization skills
Your responsibilities:
- To ensure the correct set up of the Restaurant and area and to perform all the relevant opening and closing duties
- To ensure table lay out, lay up, furniture and accessories for the service and consistent to required standards of presentation
- Have complete knowledge of the afternoon tea menu and wine list
- Ensure highest standards of customer care at all times, providing a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
- Supervise waiter/ess to deliver afternoon tea service
