What You Will Bring
- Previous experience in a similar pastry role within a luxury hospitality environment is advantageous.
- A passion for delivering high quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests effectively.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Good spoken and written English.
- NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Catering or an equivalent qualification.
- Level 2 Food Safety and Catering qualification or equivalent.
Your Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Support the creation of memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional pastry products.
- Prioritise tasks effectively whilst maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively as part of the Pastry team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
