We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner & Technical Records professional to join our Technical / CAMO team, based in Hampton Wick.

You will be responsible for planning the One Air fleet of Boeing 747 & 777 cargo aircraft using the AMOS Maintenance Information System. Your duties include ensuring all line and base maintenance is accurately and efficiently planned, working closely with Maintenance Control, Technical Service Engineers, and Material Controllers to ensure maintenance is completed within the specified downtime, and related tooling/spares are provisioned.
You will also ensure transactions are properly actioned, compliance with CAME and regulated procedures is maintained, and processes are continually reviewed for improvements such as quality and efficiency.
Additional responsibilities include inputting aircraft sector record pages, reviewing and reporting on work packages in the AMOS system, and managing technical records and airworthiness data for the fleet.
Your key responsibilities:
Maintenance planning
- Review and plan scheduled maintenance efficiently, considering costs and time.
- Ensure spares and resources are detailed and available.
- Create work packages and work orders in AMOS, issuing them to Part 145 MROs with clear instructions.
- Check and certify paperwork from MROs, ensuring proper documentation and reporting back in AMOS.
- Update aircraft records, logbooks, and associated paperwork post-maintenance.
- Prepare and archive completed work packages and work orders.
- Contribute to process improvements and work collaboratively.
- Ensure all paperwork is certified and returned to CAMO after maintenance.
Records maintenance
- Input hours, cycles, defects, and other data into AMOS.
- Raise work orders, MAREPS, PIREPS, and update logs and records.
- Manage current and archive records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support audits and renewal processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to maintenance records.
- Distribute monthly utilization reports.
- Collaborate with various teams including Maintenance Planning, Supply Chain, and CAMO.
Skills, knowledge, and experience required:
- Extensive maintenance planning experience, including aircraft maintenance, forecasting, and scheduling.
- Knowledge of Critical Task and CDCCL fundamentals.
- Part M/CAMO experience in an aviation environment.
- Expertise in AMOS system architecture and setup.
- Understanding of Part CAMO regulations, weight and balance schedules, and MSG-3 analysis.
- Flexible, proactive, and committed to professional development.
- Industry knowledge, especially airline operations.
About you
You should have at least 3 years of experience in maintenance planning within Part M/CAMO environments, with a solid understanding of aviation maintenance regulations, critical tasks, and record management. You are proactive, communicative, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

In addition to a salary, benefits include a pension scheme. The role is based at One Air Head Office in Hampton Wick, with three days onsite and some remote work and travel expected.
