As Senior Videographer, you’ll own the end‑to‑end video process, from pre‑production planning and client collaboration to on‑set capture and post‑production delivery. Working closely with the internal PM/producer, motion team, wider agency and clients to bring ideas to life across formats such as social content, event capture, OOH creative capture as well as longer‑form content for digital channels.
- Leading on video production from concept to delivery, including camera operation, lighting, sound, and direction
- Collaborate with internal and external resources during pre‑production developing shot lists/production plans, technical approaches, securing studio spaces, etc.
- Act as a client‑facing video team representative on set and via email/client calls
- Tailor content for different platforms (social, digital, broadcast, OOH) with an understanding of format, brand and audience
- Maintain and manage camera equipment, ensuring shoots run smoothly and efficiently
- Mentor mid‑weight videographers; contribute to overall production standards and best practices
Requirements:
- 3+ years in video production, ideally within an agency, content studio, or production company
- Proven experience across pre‑production, filming, and post‑production
- Confident client‑facing communicator, able to translate creative briefs into clear production plans
- Proficiency with technical equipment, including gimbals, audio, and lighting
- Strong editing and post‑production skills, Adobe Premiere Pro essential
- Ability to work autonomously and lead small crews on location
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and calm under pressure
