The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and imaginative Midweight Designer who thrives on bringing brands to life through collaborative, open-minded, solution-led thinking. Someone who takes full ownership of the design process from concept to completion, ensuring the highest creative standards at every stage. The person in this role is expected to play a pivotal role in crafting innovative visual experiences that connect brands with their presence online, offline, and immersively through events and everything in between. A confident team player and communicator with an enthusiasm for creativity, attention to detail, and initiative will help drive the success of our Creative Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Support: Contribute to the design and development of effective visual assets for pitch decks, campaigns, branding, and marketing materials for internal and external projects.
  • Creative Research: Stay informed on industry trends, ever-evolving design techniques and styles, and competitor activity to keep our creative output fresh and forward-thinking.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with all teams across the agency, aligning creative outputs from a design expert’s point of view, and always bringing effective, solution-led thinking to the table.
  • Communication: Clearly articulate and present design concepts to team members, clients, and other stakeholders through confident creative storytelling.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain and uphold high-quality standards across all creative projects, ensuring every piece of work meets the highest bar.
  • Pushing Boundaries: Challenge your own design thinking and experiment with fresh ideas to consistently deliver standout, memorable results.

4-5+ years of design experience within an advertising, creative, or digital agency environment. A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating creative range across digital, social, print, and brand formats. Expert proficiency in Powerpoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma experience is a plus. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to work across multiple client styles and brand identities simultaneously. Experience working with project management tools such as Harvest, Forecast, Slack, and G-Drive.
