Position Summary
We are seeking a bright, qualified accountant eager to specialize in the Plc reporting environment. This role is ideal for individuals who have recently qualified and are ready to take the next step in their careers, managing their own deliverables, working closely with ACA trainees, and delivering projects within set timelines and budgets. The role includes providing on-the-job training to ACA trainees.

The Financial Reporting team supports the financial reporting needs of London’s Plcs and companies seeking a listing. Our team includes experienced professionals and ACA trainees, fostering a learning and growth-oriented environment. The office environment promotes open questions and knowledge sharing among all levels.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing daily financial reporting requirements.
- Work on IPO projects and ad-hoc assignments such as IFRS conversions, M&A accounting, financial valuations, and preparing financial statements under IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Collaborate with leading City advisors, attending networking events and building professional relationships.
- Support and mentor ACA trainees, ensuring quality and timely delivery of workstreams.
Candidate Requirements
- Fully qualified ACA or ACCA.
- Experience in preparing financial statements.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
