The Job: The Compliance Manager for OnCue would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of compliance within OnCue, ensuring that OnCue's service adheres to Care Quality Commission and Health & Safety regulations, policies, and procedures. This includes:
- Monitoring performance metrics, conducting audits, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
- Working with the Head of Compliance to develop and implement new compliance initiatives to continuously improve the quality and safety of OnCue's patient transport services.
- Conducting regular audits of individual department operations to identify and address any compliance gaps.
- Inputting into serious incidents, determining root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Staying up-to-date on all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures and ensuring that staff are aware of their compliance obligations.
- Working with other departments within the organisation to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of OnCue's operations.
- Preparing and submitting compliance reports to senior management.

- Strong understanding of relevant regulations, policies, and procedures for both the Care Quality Commission and ISO 9001:2015 management system processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
Additional skills and knowledge:
- Understanding of the difficulties involved in medical transport and the SLAs.
