As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Onclusive, you’ll be at the frontline of our sales team, responsible for opening doors, building relationships, and creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. Your focus will be on engaging senior PR & Communications leaders, understanding their challenges, and sparking interest in how the Onclusive portfolio can help them achieve their goals. This is a role for someone with high energy, resilience, and curiosity — you’ll spend your time researching accounts, reaching out to prospects, and running initial discovery conversations that set the stage for successful deals. Identify target accounts and decision-makers in the PR, Communications and Marketing space. ● Outbound Engagement: Run multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate interest and secure meetings. ● Schedule sales-qualified meetings for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handovers and strong first impressions. ● Collaborate: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Solutions Consultants to maximise conversion from campaigns, events, and inbound leads. ● Maintain CRM Discipline: Keep Salesforce updated with accurate records of outreach, conversations, and pipeline progress. ● Clearly communicate the value of our services — including media monitoring, insights, media database & distribution, forward planner, and Social What Success Looks Like ● Building strong, trust-based relationships with prospects that result in high conversion to opportunities. ● Keeping a healthy, well-managed pipeline in Salesforce. ● Supporting the sales team with high-quality, sales-ready opportunities. 2 - 5 years experience in managing revenue growth through Solution sales and experience in new business development ● Ability to demonstrate a sound knowledge of the sales cycle and ability to create a pipeline of profitable business - for example, develop and understand the relevant metrics and conversion rates between pipeline stages to ensure you consistently meet, and beat, monthly, quarterly and annual bookings targets ● Competitive salary and benefits ● Training provided by the experts who have over 10 years of experience in the sector ● Hybrid working in a team that is passionate about the work we deliver and supporting the development of those that we work with ● A company focus on wellbeing and work life balance including initiatives such as flexible working and mental health support We want the best talent available, regardless of race, religion, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, disability or age.
