This is a unique opportunity to be part of a launch team, working in a premium countryside environment with a strong focus on seasonality, produce‑led cooking and high standards of execution.
- Breakfast Chef Requirements
- Motivated and experienced Breakfast Chef with a strong background in professional kitchens, or a talented Commis Chef ready to step into a dedicated breakfast role within an opening team.
- Strong technical cooking skills, with confidence across classic breakfast dishes and modern interpretations.
- Ability to manage a breakfast service independently, ensuring consistency, quality and attention to detail during early service periods.
- A passion for seasonal British produce and simple, well‑executed dishes.
