Maintenance & ComplianceOncert Ltd is seeking skilled and experienced Electricians to join our growing team. We provide comprehensive electrical services to social housing properties across North London, Herefordshire, and Essex. Your duties will include:Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)Completing remedial and reactive electrical workUndertaking planned electrical upgrades and rewiresResponding to call-outs and emergenciesWorking on a variety of domestic properties and communal areasUtilizing a company-provided PDA and laptop for job instructions and reportingWhat We Offer:Competitive Salary: £43,875.00 per annumComprehensive Benefits Package:28 days holiday (with the option to buy or sell 2 days)Company pension scheme (matched contributions up to 3%)Company van and fuel card (with personal mileage allowance)Opportunities for Overtime and Call-outs: Boost your earnings with overtime opportunities, available regularly and especially during peak periods.Ongoing Training and Development: We invest in our employees and provide opportunities for continuous professional development.Supportive Work Environment: Join a company that values its employees and fosters a positive and inclusive work environment.Qualifications and Experience:Full UK Driving Licence (essential)City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 (or equivalent)City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspection (or equivalent)City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition Wiring RegulationsOwn hand tools, power tools, and a calibrated multimeter (preferred)Proven experience in carrying out EICRsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working within social housing (desirable)Work Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm (37.5 hours per week)Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet client needs and targetsParticipation in an out-of-hours rota (1 week in 4 for North London & Herefordshire)Oncert Ltd is an Equal Opportunities employer.
