About the Role: As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of electrical systems within social housing properties. Your duties will include:
- Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)
- Completing remedial and reactive electrical work
- Undertaking planned electrical upgrades and rewires
- Responding to call-outs and emergencies
- Working on a variety of domestic properties and communal areas
- Utilizing a company-provided PDA and laptop for job instructions and reporting

Qualifications and Experience:
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspection (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 2382 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Own hand tools, power tools, and a calibrated multimeter (preferred)
- Proven experience in carrying out EICRs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working within social housing (desirable)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm, all overtime for travel paid @£15 per hour. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet client needs and targets.
