The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

The Project Manager is responsible to control and manage, with the support of the Commercial & Planning Director, the production project life cycle from conception through to execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high quality standard. To build and develop strong relationships with necessary stakeholders using effective communication, problem solving and multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines, whilst maximising service offerings and revenue.

Key responsibilities:

  • To manage multiple projects at any one time.
  • Plan and monitor projects through ownership of the production schedule with live information on a job by job basis.
  • To maintain relationships and contact with the Client Services Team on a day to day basis, taking and reviewing briefs to offer support to ensure an effective project delivery.
  • Liaise with and support the Design studio.
  • Brief the Design Development team on cardboard prototypes.
  • To build and maintain relationships with our supplier base.
  • Raise purchase orders in advance of supply and at quoted or better prices.
  • Responsible for project estimating, including recovering all chargeable hours via Flowzone.
  • Track and maintain that project expenditure is within its budget on a regular basis.
  • Issue production handover documents with relevant support documents and QC check lists per job to the Production team.
  • Complete the end process of the first off/gold seal process for the Production team using the handover document by loading unit with stock, photographing and uploading pictures to form the final QC presentation.
  • Managing risks, conflict and issues per job.
