We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our client services team and support one of our biggest global entertainment clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn how great creative is made – from the first idea to the final delivery. You’ll work alongside experienced account leads, creative, and production teams, helping to bring original ideas to life.
You’ll be the kind of person who loves working collaboratively, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys solving problems and keeping projects moving.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract – maternity cover.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day management of creative projects, from briefing to delivery.
- Working closely with creative and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output.
- Helping to manage timelines, budgets, and project documents to keep everything running smoothly.
- Building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams through clear communication and reliability.
- Contributing to creative presentations, meetings, and reviews.
- Learning how to anticipate client needs and support the wider account team with workload peaks and priorities.
Key Requirements
- Around 1–3 years’ experience in account management or client services within a creative, media, or marketing environment (entertainment industry experience is a plus but not essential).
- Familiarity with creative origination and adaptation workflows (key art, digital suites, campaign creative).
- Strong organisational and communication skills – you’re proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- A genuine passion for entertainment, creativity, and learning how great work gets made.
- Flexible and adaptable – comfortable stepping in to support other parts of the account when priorities shift or volume increases.
Why Join Us?
You’ll work with a world-class entertainment brand and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative agency. You’ll learn from a talented, supportive team and have the chance to grow your skills and shape your career in the entertainment marketing space.
