About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Creative Producer to join Once Upon A Time AV, to work across a portfolio of exciting film & entertainment clients, across both creative origination and versioning. This role is responsible for managing TV/radio spots, trailers, digital out-of-home and all other audio visual media plan deliverables through our busy AV department, working with in-house & freelance post-production teams to deliver best in class campaign materials from inception to delivery.
The Creative Producer will work with the production team, offline and online editors, GFX designer and external suppliers to create best-in-class creative and adapts. They will also directly work with clients and alongside the client services team.
Key roles and responsibilities:- Responsible for producing creative origination projects for AV, as well as some localisation and versioning assets, ensuring a smooth delivery of all assets.
- To ensure an excellent level of client service is maintained at all times.
- Working with the creative team (including editors, designers and Creative Directors) to ensure the highest standards of creative and smooth workflow across all departments.
- Responsible for taking briefs from clients and the client services team, ensuring all questions are answered and accurately briefed to creative and finishing teams accordingly.
- To manage campaign timelines in alignment with media plan to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Liaison with media buyers.
- To accurately QC work prior to sharing with clients and manage any client amends prior to approval.
- Closely work with Account Managers to ensure campaigns are budgeted and reconciled accurately and that time on job is tracked accordingly.
- To organise and facilitate voice over sessions and audio mix sessions with relevant parties.
- To upskill and support members of the client services team with AV best practices and processes.
- To manage all copy clearance and trafficking in a timely manner across assigned campaigns.
- Manage AV resource (edit and motion) with the wider team of AV producers including freelance scheduling and holiday schedule.
- To work closely with Senior Online Editors to optimise Online and Versioning workflows.
- To ensure that all work is delivered to an appropriate technical and creative quality.
- To ensure consistency of output and ensure quality control standards are adhered to and met prior to final delivery.
- Responsible for administrative tasks such as raising POs, freelancer timesheets, invoicing, and adding new suppliers.
- At least 3-5 years of working within an agency environment delivering large AV campaigns across social, digital, cinema, broadcast and radio channels (within the Entertainment sector is a bonus).
- Client-facing experience.
- Knowledge of technical standards for AV deliveries.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A passion for the film and entertainment industry.
- Experienced user of platforms such as Clearcast, Audiotrack, CAA, Peach and Caria.
- Great attention to detail.
- Friendly and approachable manner.
- Collaborative and proactive attitude, great communication skills.
