Once Upon a Time Day Nursery - Eastcote is looking for full-time Nursery Assistants and Nursery Practitioners to join our team. Must have level 2 or 3 childcare qualifications.

Essentials for the posts are:

  • Having a warm smiling face that makes every child feel welcome.
  • Remembering the names of many children, their pets and special toys.
  • The ability to sing out of tune in front of a crowd; singing in tune would be a bonus but not essential.
  • The ability to rapidly count the heads of numerous moving small people.
  • If a child asks you to be the captain of their pirate ship, you will be the best captain there could be.
  • Have the ability to pretend to eat play-dough creations realistically and drink many cups of pretend tea.
  • Must be able to read a ten-page story upside down with at least five interruptions.
  • You must be prepared to feel loved, special and important to many young children and their families.

To ensure the safety of all children, following the nursery safeguarding policies and procedures.

Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications.

Hours: Monday - Friday - 7.30-4pm/9.30-6pm.
