About the Role
A multi-skilled role supporting the delivery and maintenance of platform configurations that meet business, regulatory, and customer needs. This role will operate across the design and implementation phases of a configuration change, from solution design to technical configuration, ensuring quality, communication, and efficiency is upheld to the highest standards. This is a 12-month FTC role.
Responsibilities
- Review configuration change requests for feasibility, completeness, and alignment with standards.
- Support Root Cause Analysis and resolution of Configuration issues.
- Analyse compliance questionnaires and provide feedback to the business and/or customer for potential improvements.
- Design high quality prototypes.
