Role Summary
A multi skilled role supporting the delivery and maintenance of platform configurations that meet business, regulatory, and customer needs. This role will operate across the end-to-end lifecycle of a configuration change, from triage to release management, ensuring quality, communication, and efficiency is upheld to the highest standards. This is a 12 month maternity cover role.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, internal stakeholders and SMEs to understand compliance needs, interpret, analyse and build solutions to meet those needs.
- Review configuration change requests for feasibility, completeness, and alignment with standards.
- Support Root Cause Analysis and resolution of configuration issues.
- Interpret technical and process requirements into executable configuration actions.
- Confidently question decisions to arrive at suitable outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Analyse the impacts of change and roll‑out strategies.
- Maintain detailed end‑to‑end visibility of requests and expertly manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
- Analyse compliance questionnaires and provide feedback to the business and/or customer for potential improvements.
- Design high quality prototypes.
