About the Role
We are looking for a Researcher to join our thriving company within our Marketing Team. As a Researcher with us you will research and collect details of tenders and be involved in ongoing research of these tenders up to submission date together with post‑tender information gathering.
Responsibilities
- Calling clients to get information on new tenders.
- Asking lots of questions, keeping rapport going and ensuring you gather all the required information.
- Entering all gathered information into our system, ensuring no data is lost.
- Handling busy days with many calls and varied conversations with different people.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone‑based roles – sales, customer service or similar.
- Strong administrative skills with prior experience in an administrative role.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday during office hours on a full‑time basis (37.5 hours a week).
