Once For All is a high-growth, cloud-based, SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers to manage their supply chain governance, risk management and compliance. We work across public and private sector and have over 250k customers across the UK across 20 different sectors including construction, transport, retail, hospitality education, facility and property management, manufacturing, local and central government.
Role Summary: The PPC Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media to drive quality leads and contribute to the overall commercial growth of the organisation. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, deep expertise in PPC strategies, and a proven track record of maximising return on ad spend (ROAS). Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will work closely with the SEO Manager, Campaign managers, and Website Team to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy. This is a FTC role for 12 months and a hybrid role (2 days per week from Basingstoke office).
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven PPC strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to improve campaign targeting.
- Write and optimise ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance conversions and ROI.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, generating insights and actionable recommendations.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with SEO, content marketing, and automation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum performance within allocated spend.
- Provide regular budget forecasts and ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets.
- Implement and optimise conversion tracking, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Generate and present regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads and paid social media.
- Google Ads certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and PPC reporting tools.
- Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Familiar with eCommerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and emerging PPC trends.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress and/or Contentful) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce and Marketo).
