We have recently been named one of the UK's fastest-growing tech companies in the Sunday Times 100 Tech list. All achievements we are very proud of, but we don’t let that go to our head. We are all laser focused on our mission and understand the huge joint effort ahead of us needed to succeed.

We are a team of driven and motivated people who thrive when working at pace. To succeed at OnBuy you need to take charge and fully own your responsibilities, rolling your sleeves up when needed to 'get it done'. Working at OnBuy you are surrounded by so much opportunity, but you must possess the ability to stay focused and prioritise ruthlessly. Most importantly, you will thrive in an ever-changing environment as we are constantly evolving. At OnBuy, you’re not just a number or another cog in a machine. As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead all cross‑channel acquisition efforts across our European markets. You’ll be empowered by the infrastructure, data quality, and scale of a business with nine‑figure annual turnover—while still enjoying the autonomy and pace of a growing team. You won’t stop at simply acquiring traffic. Your remit spans the full funnel: identifying the right audiences, activating the right channels, and driving high‑intent users to the right products—then closely analysing what happens after they land. You’ll uncover friction points across UX, product health, merchandising, and localisation, partnering with key internal stakeholders to resolve them and unlock incremental growth. This is a hands‑on, strategic role for someone excited to blend performance marketing expertise with commercial insight, experimentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

  • Employ a consistent test and learn approach for any new implementations across channels.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends/changes and understanding how they could affect performance.
  • Work closely with Google Ads Account Managers to constantly develop and add value to paid activity.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (Analytics, Developers, LT) to understand business requirements and work in an agile manner.
  • Identify and implement strategies to automate tasks and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of all paid media elements (particularly Google Ads), including campaign planning and hands on implementation/management of Shopping/PMAX campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of Product feeds and Google Merchant Center.
  • An understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and conversion journeys.
  • Ability to identify Trading patterns and offer pro-active solutions.
  • A commercial mindset – understanding what levers need to be pulled to achieve desired targets.
  • A high degree of numeracy with high levels of proficiency in Excel.
  • A good team player with effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills and ability to plan workload.

  • Knowledge of data/propensity modelling.
  • Experience of Looker and SQL.
  • Facebook and TikTok paid campaign experience.
  • Experience of emerging channels (Reddit, ChatGPT, AI etc.).
  • Experience of other channels (Affiliates, SEO, CSS).

Benefits

  • The salary on offer for this role is ÂŁ75,000- ÂŁ80,000 depending on experience.
  • Company Equity- In return for helping us to grow, we’ll offer you company equity, meaning you own a piece of this business we are all working so hard to build.
