OnBuy are an online marketplace who are on a mission of being the best choice for every customer, everywhere. We have recently been named one of the UK's fastest-growing tech companies in the Sunday Times 100 Tech list. All achievements we are very proud of, but we don’t let that go to our head. We are all laser focused on our mission and understand the huge joint effort ahead of us needed to succeed.
We are a team of driven and motivated people who thrive when working at pace. To succeed at OnBuy you need to take charge and fully own your responsibilities, rolling your sleeves up when needed to 'get it done'. Working at OnBuy you are surrounded by so much opportunity, but you must possess the ability to stay focused and prioritise ruthlessly. Most importantly, you will thrive in an ever-changing environment as we are constantly evolving.
At OnBuy, you’re not just a number or another cog in a machine. We are creating something really special, and you have the opportunity to affect meaningful change and have your voice heard. We are a close team, who have the opportunity to learn and grow as OnBuy evolves.
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead all cross‑channel acquisition efforts across our European markets. This is a rare opportunity to take a mature, high‑performing product and build its presence in new territories. You’ll be empowered by the infrastructure, data quality, and scale of a business with nine‑figure annual turnover—while still enjoying the autonomy and pace of a growing team.
You won’t stop at simply acquiring traffic. Your remit spans the full funnel: identifying the right audiences, activating the right channels, and driving high‑intent users to the right products—then closely analysing what happens after they land. You’ll uncover friction points across UX, product health, merchandising, and localisation, partnering with key internal stakeholders to resolve them and unlock incremental growth. This is a hands‑on, strategic role for someone excited to blend performance marketing expertise with commercial insight, experimentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.

- Complete performance reports to a high standard, offering insights and actions.
- Employ a consistent test and learn approach for any new implementations across channels.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends/changes and understanding how they could affect performance.
- Work closely with Google Ads.
