As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead all cross‑channel acquisition efforts across our European markets. You’ll be empowered by the infrastructure, data quality, and scale of a business with nine‑figure annual turnover—while still enjoying the autonomy and pace of a growing team. You’ll uncover friction points across UX, product health, merchandising, and localisation, partnering with key internal stakeholders to resolve them and unlock incremental growth. This is a hands‑on, strategic role for someone excited to blend performance marketing expertise with commercial insight, experimentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Own performance for multiple EU accounts on Google/Bing Ads – take responsibility for achieving GMV and contribution targets for each country.
- Complete performance reports to a high standard, offering insights and actions.
- Employ a consistent test and learn approach for any new implementations across channels.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends/changes and understanding how they could affect performance.
- Work closely with Google Ads Account Managers to constantly develop and add value to paid activity.
- Work with internal stakeholders (Analytics, Developers, LT) to understand business requirements and work in an agile manner.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of all paid media elements (particularly Google Ads), including campaign planning and hands on implementation/management of Shopping/PMAX campaigns.
- An understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and conversion journeys.
- A commercial mindset – understanding what levers need to be pulled to achieve desired targets.
- A high degree of numeracy with high levels of proficiency in Excel.
- Prior experience of working with large product inventories and datasets.
- Knowledge of data/propensity modelling.
- Experience of Looker and SQL.
- Facebook and TikTok paid campaign experience.
- Experience of other channels (Affiliates, SEO, CSS).
The salary on offer for this role is £75,000- £80,000 depending on experience. Company Equity- In return for helping us to grow, we’ll offer you company equity, meaning you own a piece of this business we are all working so hard to build.
