We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator Executive to help with the delivery and elevation of creative output for both our clients and OnBrand. This hands‑on role focuses on content creation, social media content production, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative assets in line with client brand guidelines.
  • Adapt content across different platforms and formats to maximise engagement.
  • Support content production through photography and videography when required.
  • Produce, edit and optimise video content, including reels, TikToks and short‑form videos.
  • Create engaging social content for clients and OnBrand, including posts, carousels and other formats.
  • Create and schedule social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Monitor content performance, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure accurate, on‑schedule publishing.
  • Create high‑quality branded assets in Canva and similar design platforms, including website graphics, email marketing assets, print materials, and collateral such as proposals, pitch decks and case studies.
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding content requirements, approvals, feedback, and project progress.
  • Collaborate closely with the OnBrand team to deliver creative projects across multiple clients and contribute ideas for content themes and campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–4 years’ experience in content creation, social media content production or a similar marketing role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across multiple formats.
  • Expert‑level skills in Canva; experience editing video content for social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, branding, typography and visual design principles.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative agency environment.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
