Our killer team is looking for an equally ambitious Sales & Business Support Associate who is ready to step up and take Onboard TrackerTM to new heights. Are you ready to join a dynamic sales team focused on driving our software forward?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Proposal & Business Development/Sales Support
    • Work closely with sales and implementation teams to support proposals, tenders, contracts and customer onboarding documentation
    • Assist with gathering requirements and ensuring accurate information is passed through to delivery teams
    • Manage client subscription, creation, edits, and amendments
    • Bid support, RFIs, RFPs, vendor setup, and governance support
    • Assist with client demos and help prepare tailored sales proposals in collaboration with the sales and implementation teams
    • Manage all onboarding documents, cyber security questionnaires, contract renewals, purchase orders, and invoice generation
    • Perform quarterly user licence checks in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager and issue contract addendums where required
    • Support the sales pipeline through outbound activity, follow‐ups, and qualification of leads
  • Sales Materials & Metrics
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales materials, including presentations, brochures, and case studies
    • Monitor revenue, collect and analyse sales metrics to support reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement
    • Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date sales activity, contacts, and opportunities within the CRM system
  • Events & Market Research
    • Research and identify relevant industry events, exhibitions, and conferences where the company could exhibit or attend
    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand alignment across sales communications and materials
    • Provide feedback from prospects and customers to support campaign development, messaging, and positioning

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a sales support role, ideally within the energy, offshore or technology sectors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a can‐do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Organised, detail‐oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Confident using CRM systems, sales tools and finance systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively across sales, marketing, and implementation teams
  • Familiarity with SaaS or enterprise software sales
  • Understanding of crew management, personnel logistics, or offshore operations
  • Experience supporting proposals, tenders, or complex sales cycles
  • Experience attending or supporting industry events and exhibitions
  • Knowledge of finance processes, including raising POs and SOs
  • Ability to prospect and engage new customers within the energy sector, including offshore, renewables, and marine operators

WORK LOCATION & HOURS

This is an office‐based role in Aberdeen (AB11 6JN), with some flexibility in working pattern. This role is ideally full‐time, although a part‐time contract may be considered.

CONDITIONS

The role is based in Aberdeen, Scotland. You must have the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
