About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, youll be trained to:

• Source, screen and interview candidates across a range of sectors

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and businesses

• Write and post job adverts using SEO best practices

• Manage candidate databases and job board responses

• Arrange interviews and support both candidates and clients through the hiring process

• Work to individual and team targets with full support and guidance

This is an office-based, Monday to Friday role, offering structure, routine, and great potential for financial and personal growth.

Previous experience in sales, customer service or administration is useful but not essential full training is provided.
