Your role will be pivotal in leading the technical development and optimization of our D365 F&O and Commerce platform, with a specific focus on ensuring seamless integrations and a robust, scalable foundation for our growing omnichannel operations.

Your Mission

  1. Technical Visionary: Define and champion a compelling technical vision for D365 F&O and Commerce at On, inspiring and guiding the development team to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions.
  2. Code Craftsmanship: Promote a culture of code craftsmanship, emphasizing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Lead by example, setting high standards for code quality and conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
  3. Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize the performance of our D365 F&O and Commerce platform, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to ensure optimal speed, scalability, and reliability.
  4. Technical Design and Architecture: Lead the technical design and architecture of solutions for Dynamics 365 F&O and Commerce, considering business requirements, industry best practices, and technical feasibility.
  5. Integration Maestro: Design and oversee the integration of D365 F&O and Commerce with a wide range of critical systems, such as e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and logistics providers. Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between these systems to enable a unified commerce experience.
  6. Development Best Practices: Establish and enforce development best practices, including coding standards, version control, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.

  1. Deep Technical Expertise: 12+ years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Commerce, with a strong focus on technical design, development, and performance optimization.
  2. D365 F&O and Commerce Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O and Commerce architecture, including data model, security model, development framework, and relevant APIs.
  3. Programming Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in X++, C#, and other programming languages relevant to D365 F&O and Commerce development.
  4. Performance Tuning: Proven experience in optimizing the performance of D365 F&O and Commerce applications, including database tuning, code optimization, and infrastructure configuration.
  5. Integration Expertise: Extensive experience integrating D365 F&O and Commerce with various systems using different integration technologies and patterns.
  6. Technical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
