In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and implementing D365 solutions that optimize our finance operations and enhance our customer experiences. You will be a technical leader, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
Your Mission- D365 Implementation and Customization
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of D365 projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Develop custom solutions within D365 F&O to meet specific business needs in the retail industry.
- Configure and customize D365 modules relevant to finance.
- Integrate D365 with other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms).
- Possess deep technical understanding of D365 architecture, development frameworks (X++, .NET), and data management.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Stay current with the latest D365 features, updates, and industry trends.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.
- Propose and evaluate different technical solutions to address complex finance challenges.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and design of D365 solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 implementations.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing D365 systems.
- Proactively identify and address potential system performance bottlenecks.
- 6+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and implementation, with a specific focus on the retail industry.
- Strong proficiency in X++, TypeScript, .NET, C#, and related technologies.
- Experience with D365 F&O modules relevant to finance (GL, AP, AR etc.).
- Knowledge of D365 data management and integration tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps / Jira or similar tools for source control and CI / CD.
- Understanding of finance business processes (e.g., accounting, controlling, financial planning & reporting).
You will be part of a highly specialized D365 F&O team that implements features from design to deployment, being responsible and in charge of the full process and delivery. You have a lot of freedom to be creative and experiment with new technologies within the Microsoft stack.
