As we continue our rapid global growth, the Americas region is looking for a strong leader to support the ambitious goals from a technology standpoint. As our Head of Technology, Americas, you will be a visionary leader, responsible for the overarching technology strategy, roadmap, and execution across one of our key regions, working closely with global technology teams. You will inspire and lead a talented team of technologists, ranging from integration leads to ERP specialists, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to become the voice of Technology within the Americas region, building and championing regional requirements while working with our global team to drive significant impact for our business and our community.

Your Mission

  • Define Technology Vision & Strategy: Develop a compelling technology vision and long-term strategy for the Americas that aligns with global vision and business objectives, highlighting key market opportunities.
  • Lead and Inspire: Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Integration specialists, Engineering Managers and Analysts, fostering their growth and ensuring a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Drive Regional Technology Roadmap & Execution: Guide and oversee the development and prioritization of product roadmaps, partnering closely with global Engineering teams and Regional cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate effectively with leaders across the organization, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring the technical strategy is connected to the organizational priorities.
  • Deep Regional Understanding: Champion a deep understanding of regional needs, pain points, and aspirations by closely partnering with the Americas team and driving data analysis to priorities. Use these insights to inform strategic technology decisions and inspire meaningful solutions.
  • Foster Innovation and Leverage Data: Cultivate a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement, encouraging the team to explore new approaches and opportunities to enhance technical tooling, and utilizing key product metrics to inform strategic decisions and measure success.

Your Story

  • 8+ years in product management or engineering leadership, with a strong track record of aligning technology initiatives with business strategy to drive measurable impact, particularly in enabling core business operations and achieving commercial outcomes.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technology and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to deliver complex technical products; experience within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem is a plus.
  • Data-Savvy & Visionary Thinking: Highly analytical, comfortable using data to drive decision-making, measure product performance, and identify growth opportunities, combined with a strong strategic mindset to translate market insights into compelling product visions and actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional People Leadership & Emotional Intelligence: Natural leader with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams, excelling at coaching, mentoring, and inspiring engineers and managers, and possessing strong emotional intelligence for forging trusting relationships.
  • Excellent Communication: Highly effective communicator capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including executive leadership, product teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Agile Advocacy: Deep understanding of agile methodologies and their application in engineering.

Meet The Team

You’ll join the Technology Leadership team at On, collaborating with engineers, domain leads, architects, and product leaders. This isn’t a traditional PMO – we move fast, stay agile & hands-on, and keep things human. You’ll also work closely with technology leaders and stakeholders across all functions like Commercial, Product, Finance, and Operations, Athlete Strategy and beyond to ensure tech initiatives are not just executed well – but create lasting impact.
