As Head of B2B Marketing, North America, reporting to our Head of Brand Experience, you will lead strategy and execution across key wholesale accounts, shaping how On delivers elevated, high-impact retail experiences both in-store and online. You will build and lead a strategic team, develop programs that drive sell-in and sell-through, and partner cross-functionally to ensure On’s premium positioning shines at every touchpoint - all while delivering measurable business results.

Your Mission

  • Set the Strategic Vision: Own the B2B marketing strategy for North America, aligning with Key Account Sales leaders to develop integrated go-to-market plans that drive growth and elevate On’s brand in the wholesale channel.
  • Elevate Industry Standards: Establish On as a benchmark in premium retail marketing by delivering innovative campaigns, co-branded programs, and partner tools that strengthen account performance and brand desirability and credibility.
  • Build a Proactive, High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of strategic marketers with deep channel expertise who drive business impact and anticipate retail trends.
  • Lead Structured Account Marketing: Implement planning and account management frameworks that promote foresight, consistency, and early alignment with sales and global teams.
  • Drive Business Impact Through Marketing: Align marketing KPIs with commercial outcomes, leveraging data to demonstrate how B2B marketing fuels both sell-in and sell-through.
  • Create a Premium Brand Experience Across Touchpoints: Ensure that On’s story is told consistently and compellingly across retail - from digital assets to in-store execution, from education to conversion.
  • Partner Globally, Execute Locally: Adapt global strategies and assets for the North American market in close collaboration with product, campaign, and trade marketing teams.
  • Manage Budget & Performance: Oversee a multi-million dollar investment across wholesale marketing initiatives, ensuring strong ROI, brand consistency, and long-term business impact.

Your Story

  • 9+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, wholesale, or trade marketing in premium retail, wholesale, or consumer brand environments.
  • 3+ years of experience building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams with strong emphasis on vision, accountability, and growth.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a history of partnering with Sales, Brand, Product, and Creative teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies.
  • Experience establishing structured planning and account marketing processes to drive early alignment and scalable execution.
  • Commercial and analytical acumen with the ability to translate marketing strategy into measurable business outcomes.
  • Skilled in presenting to and influencing senior leadership and retail partners, translating marketing strategy into compelling narratives.
  • Passionate about building brands that combine innovation, purpose, and premium performance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to On’s global hubs and key accounts.
