As Onβs Head of Footwear Sourcing Operations, you will lead our footwear sourcing teams across multiple regions, driving innovation and operational excellence to keep On at the industry forefront. You will be a people leader, inspiring your team through strategic and sustainable vision, fostering growth and a high-performing, collaborative culture. Your passion for products, technology, and innovation will help bring new ideas quickly into production. Building strong relationships with manufacturing partners is key, as you will nurture trust and encourage autonomy and capability building. You will also collaborate closely with teams across Innovation, Product Strategy, Sustainability, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Your Profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for excellence and differentiation.
- 15+ years in sourcing or manufacturing of high-performance products, preferably in footwear.
- Deep experience with automation in production.
- Visionary leader skilled in coaching and developing teams.
- Experience in complex reporting organizations and highly collaborative environments.
- Position based in Vietnam, with frequent travel to Zurich, Indonesia, and China; fluent in English.
