This is a full-time, on-site role based in Edinburgh for an Online Running Coach. The coach will design personalized running plans tailored to clients' needs, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback. Responsibilities include:
- Organizing virtual and in-person training sessions
- Delivering expert advice on technique, injury prevention, and recovery
- Fostering a supportive and engaging community atmosphere
- Updating training logs and responding to queries
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Running, Coaching, and Fitness Training
- Strong understanding of Physiology, Nutrition, and Injury Prevention
- Excellent Communication, Motivational, and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Digital Tools and Platforms for Online Coaching
- Organizational skills for creating and managing custom training plans
- CPR and First Aid certifications are highly desirable
