Location: South West England & Wales (Bristol/Gloucester/Cardiff)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and safety-conscious 360 Plant Operators to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating safely and efficiently across construction and civil engineering sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate plant machinery such as excavators and other construction equipment
- Carry out daily pre-use inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Work to site plans, drawings and instructions from supervisors
- Assist with general site duties when required
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company health and safety procedures
- Report defects, faults and safety concerns promptly
- Maintain plant machinery in good working condition
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS plant operator certification
- Good understanding of site safety and operational procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach to work
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
