Telecommunications Engineer in Crewe

My client is a growing Managed Service Provider supporting several hundred customers across the region and they are seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT & Telecoms Engineer to join their team based in Crewe. You will be covering customer accounts in the surrounding area

The successful candidate will provide high-quality IT and telecoms support to their client base, combining remote ticket resolution with on-site engineering visits.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Engineering

• Manage and resolve IT and telecoms support tickets in line with SLAs
• Diagnose and fix network, connectivity, and hardware issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT and telecoms infrastructure
• Support services including leased lines, laptops, routers, firewalls, switches, and Wi‑Fi
• Carry out on-site visits to customer premises when required

Telecoms Services

• Order, provision, and configure telecoms services for new and existing customers
• Support connectivity services such as broadband, leased lines, VoIP, and mobile solutions
• Work with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
