- AI Integration: Use AI‑driven tools and platform automation to scale asset creation, optimise bidding, and streamline workflow efficiency.
- Creative Testing: Help design, execute, and analyse rapid creative testing frameworks across Demand Gen and Social to identify high‑performing hooks, formats, and visuals.
- Data & Insights: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, translating creative wins and platform data into actionable insights.
- Strategy & Innovation: Continually test new ad formats, platform features, and marketing technologies to keep us ahead of the competition.

- Analytical Mindset: Know how to read the data, point out trends, opportunities and weaknesses and present it back to the team.
- Budget Management: A track record of managing significant ad spend while hitting performance and ROI targets.
- Commercial Thinker: Ability to tie campaign metrics directly to business goals, maximizing ROI and lowering CPAs.
- Strong Data Skills: Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
