On the Beach is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Lead for a 12-month maternity cover to steer a lean, high-performing CRM team. You will own onboarding, automation, trade campaigns, and partnerships, driving retention, repeat bookings and cross-sell through Bloomreach-driven lifecycle strategies.
Leading expansion across new categories and geographies, you will document learnings into a scalable growth playbook while collaborating with Data Analytics, Product, Marketing and Partnerships to align CRM.
