Overview
As On the Beach expands its commercial capabilities, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Partnership Manager to unlock new revenue streams and enhance our customer proposition. This pivotal role will focus on optimising pricing strategies, deepening supplier partnerships, and increasing ancillary attachment rates to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Optimisation & Pricing: Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies for ancillary products to maximise average transaction value (ATV) and overall profitability.
- Supplier & Partner Management: Own and enhance commercial relationships with third-party ancillary providers including insurance, car hire, parking, lounges, fast track, and more.
- Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Monitor key revenue KPIs, pricing models, and sales performance, adjusting strategies to ensure commercial targets are met.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive and market analysis to refine pricing, product offerings, and positioning strategies.
- System & Process Innovation: Drive continuous improvements across ancillary revenue systems and processes in collaboration with technology and data teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Product, Tech, and Trading to launch new ancillaries and improve attachment rates.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the development of robust revenue forecasts and manage the annual budgeting process for ancillary revenue streams.
- Strategic Leadership: Provide thought leadership on ancillary revenue strategy, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding investment in tools and technology.
About You
- Proven Revenue Management Expertise: Strong track record in pricing and revenue growth, ideally within travel, airline, or OTA sectors.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to shape long-term revenue strategies while delivering on near-term commercial goals.
- Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of customer behaviour, market dynamics, and commercial levers in the travel or leisure industries.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making and identify opportunities.
- Supplier Management: Skilled in managing third-party relationships and negotiating commercial terms.

What to expect from our interview process
We will have a multi-stage interview process to ensure all important questions get answered, both for us and for you. The 1st stage will be on Teams followed by an in-person interview. Ways of working
Our full-time hours are 37.5 per week, but we don’t have rigid working hours so you can find the working pattern that’s right for you. We have core working hours between 10am - 4pm, so we can collaborate and enjoy the social side of work. We also have hybrid working so we all work from home and from our Aeroworks office in Manchester City Centre. As a team we are in the office 2 days per week (Usually Tuesday & Wednesday).
