What you\’ll be doing

As an Affiliates Manager you will be an integral part of our dynamic Marketing team, responsible for building strategic relationships with our key Affiliate and Influencer partners and driving booking/revenue growth. Reporting into the Performance Marketing Lead, your role will be to own the strategy and testing roadmap for your channels, to help us achieve our ambitious targets. You will work with our key partners such as AWIN and Partnerize, as well as seeking out new publisher and partner opportunities.

  • Develop quarterly campaign plan in line with business priorities and seasonal trends.
  • Build strong relationships with our existing partners, ensuring regular communication and guidance to help maximise performance. Actively seek out new opportunities to build on our program and expand our reach.
  • Support our Partnerships Manager with strategic campaigns in collaboration with Tourist Boards and Hoteliers.
  • Monitor Affiliate performance, working closely with our Analytics team to gain further insights and develop our reporting suite. Identify key areas for improvement to optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new developments within the Affiliates/Influencer to drive innovation. Carry out regular competitor analysis and make recommendations on how we can improve our program.
  • Ensuring traffic quality by detecting and preventing affiliate ad fraud, leveraging industry tools (e.g. Marcode) and maintaining strong oversight of partner activity to protect ROI and brand integrity.
  • Line management and development of our Affiliate Executive.

You\’ll be a great addition to our team if you have the following skills, knowledge and experience

  • A proven track record of at least 3 years hands-on Affiliates experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and work collaboratively with the wider marketing team and other key stakeholders.
  • High Proficiency with numbers and the ability to pull in depth reports to drive decision making and optimisations.
  • Understanding of the online/e-commerce space and the digital marketing mix
  • Ability to think commercially to ensure maximum ROI
  • Comfortable with using Google Analytics
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communicator who is a collaborative and willing team player in a cross-cultural environment

What to expect from our interview process

We will have a two stage interview process for this position that will consist of a first stage interview via Teams and a second stage interview at our Aeroworks office in Manchester City Centre that will involve the completion of a task.

Ways of working

Our fulltime hours are 37.5 per week, but we don\’t have rigid working hours so you can find the working pattern that\’s right for you. We have core working hours between 10am – 4pm, so we can collaborate and enjoy the social side of work.

We also have hybrid working so we all work from home and from our Aeroworks office in Manchester City Centre. As a team we are in the office 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesdays) and work the rest of the week from home.
