The primary responsibility of this role is to increase and drive sales of cleaning and sterilisation equipment into the NHS. Selling into sterile service departments, endoscopy reprocessing departments and hospital laboratories. You will be growing relationships with current and potential clients, generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services to achieve personal and company sales objectives. You will be provided a database of clients to access. Orders/Projects can range from £30k for a washer to £2/3 million for a fit-out. Prepare and submit tender information for accurate quotation to meet client deadlines. Covering the North & Scotland.

The Ideal Person:
- 3+ Years of field sales experience
- Ideally you will have a background in medical capital equipment
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
- Competent computer skills and understanding of Microsoft software
- Initiative-taking, driven, and comfortable with lone working
- Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understand basic mechanics surrounding installation of equipment and service to equipment
- Experience with commercial tendering processes and the ability to present to clients both on a product and commercial level
